Kendra Abney Bio:I’m Kendra Abney, a Project Manager with over 12 years of experience and a proud graduate of Tennessee State University with a degree in engineering. My career began in the field as a Project Engineer, managing projects across the U.S. and Canada. I later transitioned into technical project management, leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful results in both in-person and remote environments. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and e-commerce, managing projects of all sizes and complexities. These experiences taught me how crucial solid project management is, not just in large corporations, but especially in small and midsized businesses where resources are limited, and every move counts. That’s why I started PM Mindset—to help small businesses, growing teams, and professionals build strong project management foundations.
