Business Basics is a monthly program that covers some of the basics one needs to understand when it comes properly operating their business. This program is primarily designed for our members who are new to starting their business. However, this event is open to all of the members to better educate oneself in making their business more efficient.
September's facilitator will be Frederick Odame. Mr. Odame, is a successful banker with over a decade of banking and financial sales management experience. A few of his notable honors is that he was a 2012 Performance Award Winner from PNC (which is the highest employee award within PNC. Only eight out of 60,000 employees get selected), the Chairman's Circle recipient (awarded by the PNC CEO. Only 100 out of 60,000 employees are selected), 2017, 2013 & 2012 Circle of Excellence awarded by PNC Retail executives, 2017, 2012 & 2013 Achievement Award issued by market executives, Club 6, 2013 Gallup Great Workplace Award winner, and manager of the month (six times). He is the current Vice President of PNC Business Banking.
