Restaurant or Food Vendor Opportunity:
UC Health is currently looking for additional food vendors in its partnership with Food Works. Through Food Works, UC Health has rentable kitchen space located within the Cafeteria on UCMC’s main campus in Avondale. Food Vendors typically open from 11am – 2pm in the cafeteria. Potential partners who may be interested should reach out to David.Brunette@foodworks.org for more information.
Of note, any potential partners will need to have a commercial kitchen or commissary they work out of as their main location. There is also a Certificate of Insurance requirement which may require any potential new vendor to add additional coverages. Some examples of current partners include Sweets and Meats, Kabobske, and Mazunte.
