The Mercantile Library Building located at 414 Walnut Street in Downtown Cincinnati. This project consists of full renovation of the 13-story historic Mercantile Library building and adjoining basements.  Construction is scheduled to start January 2023 and complete winter of 2024.

Model Construction is soliciting bids for the Findlay Flats project.  The project consists of a complete renovation of thirteen (13) buildings.  Construction is anticipated to start in January 2024 and be completed in early 2025.

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit:
A pre bid meeting is scheduled for June 23rd at 10:00 am.  The meeting will start at 1804 Republic Street.  Individual tours may be arranged if necessary.

a new affordable housing multi-family facility consisting of 53,841 SF and 50 units. Construction 
is anticipated to start mid-summer and be Substantially Complete within 15 months.
