The Port to Host “How to Work with The Port” Outreach Event on August 13

CINCINNATI, OH — The Port is inviting local developers, contractors, and community stakeholders to a special outreach event, “How to Work with The Port,” on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at its new downtown location in Atrium II, 221 E. Fourth Street, Cincinnati.

This event will serve as a joint session with the Queen City Developers and is designed to encourage engagement with The Port’s Real Estate Services and Landbank teams. Attendees will gain insight into upcoming opportunities in property maintenance and be introduced to the new Home Builder Capacity Mentoring Program, including details on the Request for Proposals (RFP) and timeline.

The outreach session will also highlight the work of the Queen City Developers and provide a platform for networking and collaboration among local professionals and entrepreneurs.
Event Agenda Includes:

  • Welcome, introductions, and updates from members of Queen City Developers, other local developers, contractors, and businesses.
  • Meet-and-greet with Real Estate Services and Landbank team members.
  • Overview of Landbank property maintenance opportunities.
  • Introduction to the Home Builder Capacity Mentoring Program and RFP timeline.
  • Open Q&A session.
