Maintenance Tech I
The function of the Maintenance Tech position is to coordinate projects and oversee maintenance, and upkeep of Brighton Properties, residential, and service facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve work orders and preventative maintenance task
- Grounds upkeep
- Responds to emergency maintenance calls
- Timely unit or office turnovers
- Responds to custodial needs as assigned
Requirements:
- Understanding essential employee responsibilities
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electric
- Ability to work well with customers, residents, and peers

Non-exempt hourly position starting wage: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly
